Refund Policy

Domains

Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are processed instantly with the registry and cannot be cancelled or refunded once completed, except where the registration fails, in which case the amount is returned to your account balance or payment method.

Hosting

Hosting accounts are activated immediately after payment. If a Service cannot be delivered or a technical problem caused by us cannot be resolved, you may request a refund for the unused period by opening a support ticket.
