Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the domain registration, hosting and related services ("Services") provided by [Şirket unvanı] ("PreviewHost", "we") through previewhost.com. By ordering a Service you accept these terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate, current contact details. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Domain names

Domains are registered through our ICANN-accredited registrar partner and are subject to the policies of ICANN and the relevant registry (for .tr domains, TRABIS/BTK). Registration is first-come, first-served and is only confirmed after successful processing. You are the registrant of your domain and may transfer it away at any time, subject to registry rules. Registrant details must be accurate; false data may lead to suspension by the registry.

3. Hosting

Hosting plans are shared resources and subject to fair use. You may not use the Services for spam, malware, phishing, illegal content, copyright infringement, resource-abusive scripts or anything that harms other customers. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or endanger the server.

4. Payment and renewal

Services are prepaid. Renewal invoices are issued before the due date. If a Service is not renewed it may be suspended and then deleted; expired domains follow the registry's grace and redemption periods, after which restoration fees may apply.

5. Backups

We take daily backups and keep them for 30 days as a courtesy. You remain responsible for keeping your own copies of important data.

6. Liability

We aim for maximum availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected Service in the last 12 months.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will publish changes on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
